Hello, everyone!

I'm looking for modern-day fics with an ocean-inspired setting. Think sun and surf (or maybe storms and surf), razor clam digging, boat building, desert island, dolphins, even aquariums, and so forth. Most of these will probably be AU. I'm not really looking for anything too historic or pirate-focused. All characters accepted, although Sam/Jared and Dean/Jensen are favorites.

Starts of as preseries but it moves it way into the actual plot of supernatural every now and again going back to preseries.

How it starts is that John and Dean are on a hunt and Dean gets a call from Sam saying that he is cold and can't get warm and his hands hurt real bad. They both rush back to find Sam with his hands turning black, they take him to hospital were he is diagnosed with hypothermia (Frostbite maybe?)

As Sam gets older he suffers really bad with hand tremors and pain when it gets really cold and Dean is all over protective always insisting that Sam wears his gloves. Sam gets angry because all the gloves are two bulky for him to shoot a gun.

In one chapter it talks about Sam standing the in cod after he bought Dean a birthday present - cassette tapes?

Hey, I'm looking for two specific fics:

1) I think the fic starts with young Dean and John, who went on a hunt and left Sam behind, racing back to a hypodermic Sam. When they get there and find Sam curled up in front of the open stove, they have to race him to the hospital. Years later, Sam still suffers side effects from his severely frostbitten fingers, and his hands are really sensitive to the cold. He and Dean argue about buying him gloves because Dean feels guilty and wants Sam to be warm but Sam doesn't want cushy gloves to get in the way of hunting.

2) Sam and Dean get locked in a room with a gun, and they're being monitored or whatever. They're told that the only way out is to use the gun and take one of them out. They sit there for a while, and I think Dean freaks out a little bit wondering if Sam really would shoot him. Eventually, Sam picks up the gun, clarifies the "rules," and offers to shoot himself or something. I don't really remember how it ends, but there's probably brotherly bonding.

Hi, all! I'm looking for a specific fic I read almost a year ago, but I'm not sure of the title or site it was on.

All I do remember is that it was Sam, Dean, and Castiel on a hunt of sorts (I think some kind of a witch/goddess on a mountain?) and they were trapped by a blizzard. Something went wrong and Cas ended up possessing one or both of them at certain points, then draining his powers on the boys to keep them from freezing to death while they climbed up the mountain to try and kill it. I also remember there being a cave in the final showdown.

I hope this jogs someone's memory! I've been looking for months, but no kind of search has gotten me anywhere ;u; Thank you for any help.

I'm looking for two specific fics this time!

1) Jensen and Jared are kidnapped by a crazy fan that thinks they are Sam and Dean. I remember that he makes Jensen carve his name into Jared's arm and rub salt into it so that they can get food and water but the cut I THINK ends up getting infected and Jared almost dies before the police find them. This was J2 and I'm pretty sure it was a journal.

2) Sam and Dean get in a fight-don't remember what about-and Sam walks off to cool down. It's winter or something and their stuck in a blizzard. Sam ends up getting attacked and raped. He tries to make it back to their motel but can't and Dean goes to look for him. When he finds Sam he has hypothermia and since they can't get back to their motel he takes them to a shelter. I can't remember much else but I', pretty sure it's gen and on fanfiction.net.

3) Anything where Sam or Jared has an allergic reaction to something or has hypothermia! Wincest J2 or Gen are fine with me.

I also am looking for a new story but I'm too lazy to make another entry so I'll just add it here.

It was on ff.net and their was no pairing. It was set in late season 1. Sam comes back to the motel alone and hurt when he had been investigating with John. The two had been attacked and John was almost killed but Sam used his powers and saved John. John left him to go to a bar and I think Sam had to walk back to the hotel with broken ribs. When John comes back he and Dean get in a fight in which John calls Sam a freak and Sam hears...I can't remember much else. Oh and if there are any other stories where John says/does something to hurt Sam then feels guilty about it I would love to know about them! I don't however want stories where John is a bad dad and intentionally hurts Sam! I just want guilty!John and hurt!Sam fluff!

Hey Guys! so i love fics where sam dies for a couple minutes and dean does cpr or mouth-to-mouth or something of that nature to bring him back, especially if they talk about the mouth-to-mouth part.
or dean thinks sam is dead but hes really not, and hes crying and hit rock bottom. then sam comes back and dean is all happy and stuff. yeah i love it.
Also can you tell me of any fics where sam is really cold and they have to huddle/cuddle together to keep warm. or they have to take of there clothes and huddle/cuddle. especially dean, i love shirtless!protective!dean!!!
please nothing in season 3or4 and only when they are on good terms in season 5. no wincest or slash please. no pairings of any kind, only awkward moments. if dean or sam die, they have to come back. and nothing too short please. and nothing that takes really long time to read. so do you have any stories like those? i would really appreciate it! thanks! all other things are aloud, like suicide, self harm, and all that bad stuff. any other possibilities as well.

I am looking for two specific stories, but can't for the life of me remember their titles.

1) After "It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester", Sam's headache gets worse and worse. Thinking it's because of the exorcism, he doesn't tell Dean how bad he's feeling until he collapses outside a motel. After waking up in the hospital, he finds out his headaches were because he had meningitis.

2) Pre-series. Sam is on a hunt with John and Dean on a cold night. I remember a specific issue about Sam not having gloves because he'd lost them during the last hunt, or something like that. While John and Dean are hunting, Sam ends up getting distracted by a will-o-the-wisp and lost in the forest. Dean eventually finds him by following another wisp (I think there was a blue one and a white one; one was getting people lost and the other was trying to help them? I think).

I got a sudden craving for camping stories and/or stories that involve Dean and Sam sharing a tent, a sleeping bag, bedroll, etc. If one has hypothermia or is hurt, that's good too.

Sleeping in cabins, woods, abandoned houses or the Impala - all are welcome. Slash or gen is OK. One request please: the main focus should involve the shared sleeping arrangement aspect and is not a throwaway mention in a paragraph or two. Thank you.

Hi! I'm looking for a fic I read a while back that took place around Christmas time. Teenaged Dean told Sam to stay in the Impala all night to watch somebody while he went out with a girl. Sam caught hypothermia and Dean had to carry him to the hospital, and Sam was taken away from John's care because of it, and for the next few months John and Dean go crazy trying to track him down. This is kind of a vague summary, but the story was a one-shot that was written out of order and played around with time, if that helps. Thanks so much in advance!

So, I'm a HUGE fan of Alpine skiing and right now, the boys and ladies are in the US (Beaver Creek, Aspen, Lake Louis okay that's in Canada) before they'll come back here to Europe, AND whenever I'm watching them ski, I HAVE THIS CRAVING to read:

1. Sam, Dean or J2 in one of those ski resorts, doing whatever, I'm not picky.. maybe they just stopped in Aspen to get some coffee and are watching all those people walk the streets... LOL... ya know? Or there could be a whole story happening there... :)

2. Sam, Dean and a CASE!FIC happening in one of those ski resorts... gimme blizzards, and monsters, and avalanches that are supernatural in origin, gimme skiiers swept away by an invisible force from the ski slopes... :)

I just want to read the boys (SPN or J2) on a ski slope (they can ski or slide down the slope on their tushie, idc), or a cabin somewhere in Aspen dealing with a case... idk catching a snow monster! I don't care... or a haunted ski slope, or a haunted cable car (oh that would be cool), you know what I mean? Gimme monsters terrorising skiers!

self rec's are awesome, BUT PLEASE NO WIP's, NO DEATH FICS, NO CASS or MISHA in the story. :)

I'm looking for a couple of specific fics and a general request.

1.  I'm looking for a specific fic that I think was a 5 times fic. The only one I remember had Sam & Dean running away from CPS and ending up freezing to death in an alley.

2. Any fic where Sam and Dean are living on the streets (both underage).

3.  Any fics roughly based on WIAWSNB or alternate realities.  I don't care if it's Sam or Dean who go and I don't care if the "other side" is evil or apple pie or somewhere in between.  I just want to read some "fish out of water."

4.  The two specific fics are one that had Dean stuck in WIAWSNB reality and Sam shows up as Dean's daughter's (son's??) teacher. The other one has Dean going to an alternate reality where his counterpart is dead and he decides to stay with the other Sam because his Sam is dead too.  Then he discovers that the alternate Sam is evil.

Any help with any of these would be greatly appreciated.

1: I'm really enjoying "American Horror Story" and was wondering (hoping) if there are any crossovers with AHS and Supernatural floating around yet.

2: I love hypothermia stories. I remember reading a great story (in another fandom) where two characters had to share a sleeping bag. The writer did a fantastic job describing the characters waking up naked and sweaty the next morning. I'd love to find any stories out there with any of the Winchesters (Sam, Dean, and/or John) having to huddle up in one bag for warmth.

I'm looking for a very old fic--I think from the first few months of Season One--where the boys are hunting a ghost (or something) that appears to its victims in the form of someone they love. It manifests itself to Dean as Sam. The impetus for the Wincest is one of them getting chilled and the other sharing body heat.

It's better than it sounds when I describe it.

I have a couple requests guys. Anyone think they can help?

Okay so my first request is a story I read pretty recently. In it, Jared gets kidnapped, I'm not sure who does it, but he's taken to a house and tied to a chair half naked in one scene and is left alone in the room overnight with the window open. He winds up getting hypothermia I think, and the next day he's found by his kidnapper and the are very worried. It might be Jensen that kidnaps him but I can't say for sure.

My next request is for anything that has Sam?Jared with tourettes. It'd also be okay for anything with OCD or things along those lines but I'm really looking for tourettes. (I know it sounds weird)

Anyone know of any stories where Sam is deaged to a teenager but doesn't have his adult memories? Can be anything. I'd like to see Dean trying to convince a teenaged, very capable of fighting Sam what's going on. I'd really love this.

And last, I'm looking for a story where the boys switch places and they are both hurt and didn't tell each other about it. While in each others bodies they find out about it. Sam had a knee injury, I remember him massaging it for Dean while he's in his body. Anyone know what story I'm talking about?

I'm looking for a specific hypothermia, 'cuddling for warmth' fic. Cas is the one who's hypothermic. He retrieves some important item, the act of which uses up all his energy, and he's temporarily unable to heal himself (i.e. regulate his temperature). He appears in the boys' motel room shivering. Dean is the only one there. He ends up doing the cuddling for warmth thing with Cas even though Cas would eventually have been able to heal himself after resting a bit. Sam walks in on them and thinks they're getting it on. It ended humorously. I can't remember if it was gen or if they did indeed get together.

I'm new in fandom and I need help finding two stories I liked a lot but I didn't save.
Both of them are about hypothermia and one is a death fic.
Details:

1.Death fic,I read it in someone's journal, Sam and Dean were hunting something in the woods during a snow torment.They found recovery under a tree, Bobby and Ellen found them the morning after.

2.Hurt comfort fic, maybe I read it on fanfiction.net but I'm not sure.John and Dean were hunting togheter,Dean falls in a lake, John helps him out then they reach a cabin where John streeps him down and warm him with his body (no sex involved).

Any help finding them is welcomed.
