Sam hunted by demons and hunters

 Hi,

I'm trying to find a fic that I only read quite literally the other week, and for the life of me I can't find it again. I'm sure it was on ff.net and I'm also quite sure it was a recent fic and WIP... I've searched for it on the tags here, ff.net and I've even used google but all with no success, I'm very hopeful someone here can help! From what I remember:

Sam had gone to Stanford and John had told him never to come back etc..., while he was there he had met Jess and had married her, and they had a daughter, but demons started coming after Sam and Jess was killed (I think in a car crash). All though this Sam had tried calling Dean but kept getting voicemail, but it turned out that Dean & John had lost/ditched their cellphones and had new numbers. Sam basically went under the radar and took his daughter with him (who is still a baby through the fic), constantly keeping moving and trying to avoid demons, exercising the ones that do catch up with him. Eventually Dean finds him & takes Sam and the baby back to Bobbys, after he fights off hunters who have caught up with Sam. The hunters were after Sam because of something John & Dean had done to one of their family I think.

I've looked at this community for a while but this is my first time making a request, I hope I do it properly!

The summary is : Jensen Ackles is perfectly happy minding his own business as a perfectly ordinary soldier out in the desert. His not-so calm life is interrupted by the arrival of a photojournalist – one Jared Padalecki. They hit it off, of course, Jensen saves Jared's life and gets hurt in the process. Hello! I've got this fic I keep thinking about, but I can't find it again. I could have sworn I'd seen it over on spn_hardcore , but I looked through the tags and didn't see it. All I really remember was that Dean finds out that Sam is cutting, and then reveals that he used to cut, too. He gave Sam this trick to use: rub ice cubes on yourself (to emulate the sensation) when you need to cut. Dean relapses, but they agree to quit together.

Looking for a Specific J2 story

Hello all. I am trying to find a J2 story that I remember reading but I am vague on the details.  I figured I would give it a chance anyways though. I remember that Jensen lived in a comfy house and Jared liked it when he came to visit. I remember the author describing the room in detail and it had comfy, mismatched furniture and how comfortable Jared felt there.  I think Jensen owned a cat. The dogs may have been in the story also. I think I remember Jensen buying a disco ball for the living room because Jared always wanted one. 
I hope someone can help me because I liked the story but I can only remember the scene were the house is described and the disco ball.
I hope my tags are ok since I couldn't remember alot of the story to tag

Long Dean/Castiel or Sam/Dean AUs

I have discovered a great love for long AUs of all types - the more AU the better! I think I've read most of the J2 ones that have appealed to me, but feel free to rec them as well if you'd like.

A couple of recent favorites are:

Blood Moon by tryfanstone (Sam/Dean) in which Sam is a werewolf

and one that I discovered from a recent spnstoryfinders post:

I tend to enjoy extensive worldbuilding and damaged characters - not too much schmoop though - so if anything springs to mind feel free to rec it to me.

Haunted Houses Fics

I just read Haunted Houses are Love by tigbit  in which Jared buys a haunted house and finds out what is going on with Jensen'S help. Now, I loved that little piece of fic, but it was short and a little AU (Jay n Jen not being actors) So I instantly craved for more! 

What I search for are stories in which either of the J's moves into a haunted house/Flat/Trailer/tent or work on a haunted set/studio and together they try to get rid of the spook just like they would if they weren't just actors but really Sam&'Dean. Maybe they get a little closer on the way and they end in slash or they don't, I don't care, as long as the two of them are the Actors playing in Supernatural (So no AU) and somehow end up in a haunted house chanelling the worst character bleed ever. The longer the better!

My request is:

Does anybody know any fics that center around Dean really loving Castiel, but Cas doesn't love him at the time, but he grows to love him back.  Preferably, I love fics that are really really in character and centers on development of Cas's realization that he grows to love Dean as well. Bonus if Dean makes a move on Cas early on and Cas rejects him, so they are awkward around each other for a bit. Bottom Cas I love as well, but if there aren't any, that's fine too. Supporting characters like Sam, Bobby etc. are always welcome.

I have no preference of the ratings or warnings on fics, so anything goes.

i haven't seen any good fics that are like this, so I'm hoping there are some.

J2 mature!jensen recs

I'm pretty much looking for any J2 fics in which Jensen is a mature, responsible adult. Not necessarily top!Jensen, just ones where it shows that he has four more years of life experience under his belt than Jared does.

I'm open to anything, really, and I love AUs, although I would prefer longer, plotty fics with a minimum of angst.

I'm off traveling to see relatives for a couple of days and i don't know if i'll get internet connection while i'm there. So i'm looking for some fics.


I don't know if i'm going to make any sense,but here goes.

I'm looking for fics where the guys J2 or Wincest get together ( i guess it might be more AU) and they have their relationship but one of them has a high level job/controlling family/commitments etc. What i want is the one with all the hassles realizes at the end of the fic that he cannot carry on with whatever is happening and ditches an important meeting/audition/family gathering, to run back to the other one and declare all their love for them.

Or if one of them is in a relationship and spends time with the other one,ending up falling in love.

Does any of that make sense? :/

I'm hoping for long fics (old relatives tend to sleep a lot)

Sam leaves for Stanford,Dean goes with. They fall in love. I remember Dean buying Sam a red bike? and in one chapter they went bowling. Jess and John was in it to. OOOOOOOOH and there was a large oak tree on campus where Dean meets Sam for lunch.

Dean/Castiel and their son

I remember this fic very well, but I don't have it saved anywhere. It starts out with just Dean and his son, running from place to place. Castiel doesn't know that he has a son at first. Sam finally finds him and they join up together. And not too soon after does Castiel find them and he also discovers he has a son. The story has many sequels. Which includes Dean as an angel at one point.

Get-together Wincest, plus sex-dreams

Ok, so, I really really can't remember who wrote this or what it's called, so i'm here asking you, storyfinders, for your help.

The story starts with Sam having a sort of vision, one where he and Dean are just finishing a case that went badly, one involving fire, and at this point, Dean kisses Sam. Which is when Sam wakes up, realizes what happened and does his best to avoid the situation he saw by not doing the case, or doing the case and turning away before Dean decides to kiss him. Queue several more instances where Sam has these visions of his brother either kissing him or sexing him up... And every time, he manages to avoid the moment. Anyway! He starts asking Dean all these questions, like "if we weren't brothers, do you think we would still be friends?" and if i recall correctly, Dean says no to that one. And then there's an instance where Sam finally decides that he's going to go for it, and Dean says something along the lines of: "oh, are you done playing getting-to-know-you, now?" or something. argh. this has just been making me crazy all day.

Awkward first time?

 I was watching an episode of Mythbusters that I recorded from the marathon yesterday (the one about the exploding water heater) and I saw Adam bouncing and laughing cause it exploded (obviously XP) and for some reason I remembered a line from a fic. I tried remembering where it was from but no such luck-- so I've come to you O.O I'm running on very small info here so I hope you guys are just that awesome that you'll know what I'm talking about anyways :D

A Specific Story - Found!

I am looking for a specific story, that is based somewhat on the show Diary of Call Girl. I believe Sam had an lj account or something similar and was chronicling all his encounters, everytime Dean and him went on a job. Also, I believe Dean ends up finding the site and starts reading it, but doesn't know it is Sam. I think later he finds out it is Sam and he starts possibly getting jealous of the encounters?

I don't know what spurred this, but I was wondering if there were fics about one finding the other's little black book or journal (being with someone..) The entries could be from romantic to down right nasty. I remember reading a good one (like 2 years ago) about Dean finding Sam's little black book from Stanford and finding out that Sam did quite a bit of experimentation while in college (he got real jealous and rated R scenes ensued). Anyways, I'm looking for any ratings and any length as long as they have Sam/Dean and a little black book :)

Wincest with cursed sex, but no awareness of it

Me again, yes, i know, i should organize my bookmarks better. Double-argh.

Alright, this is one where they get cursed, I can't remember how, to have sex with each other. And be all touchy-feely with each other in public. The thing is, they're not aware that they're doing it. Even while having sex, they have these weird stilted conversations about how some guy at the bar they were at strangely assumed they were gay for each other, and gosh, *thrust-pant*, how weird is that? The scene i remember best is one where they end up at Bobby's, for whatever reason, probably because they're starting to get an inkling that something is wrong, and he kind of goes: "what are you guys doing."
Sam and Dean: "what?"
Bobby: "look at your hand, Dean."
Dean looks at his hand, resting on Sam's inner thigh. Dean looks back at Bobby.
Dean: "Yeah? What?"
Bobby: "Look at your hand, Dean. Sam, look where Dean's hand is."
Sam and Dean look.
freaking out ensues... but does not fix their predicament. I cannot for the life of me remember who the perpetrator of the curse was.

I'm looking for a specific J2 story, one that I didn't find before in a previous post, about Jared being tired and worn out after taking care of the kids all day.  In the story, Jared comes back late from working (acting) and Jared is so worn out that he actually breaks down in bed, telling Jensen how tired he is after caring for the kids, cleaning the house, taking the kids to activities (specifically, soccer) that he doesn't have the energy to make love to Jensen without fear of falling asleep on him.  Afterward, Jensen praises Jared for taking care of their family and ends up taking care of him for the night.

Hey guys!  So I was just reading a story and it mentioned Dean being listed as wanted and extremely dangerous.  So I'm looking for stories where one brother realizes just how dangerous his brother is.  It doesn't have to be a first time realization, can be a reaffirmation or a reminder, but I want something where one remembers how big/strong/good with a weapon/dangerous the other is!  

I prefer wincest though any would do.  Also, any J2 fics on this theme would be welcomed as well!
