specific J2 story w/tired Jared

I'm looking for a specific J2 story, one that I didn't find before in a previous post, about Jared being tired and worn out after taking care of the kids all day.  In the story, Jared comes back late from working (acting) and Jared is so worn out that he actually breaks down in bed, telling Jensen how tired he is after caring for the kids, cleaning the house, taking the kids to activities (specifically, soccer) that he doesn't have the energy to make love to Jensen without fear of falling asleep on him.  Afterward, Jensen praises Jared for taking care of their family and ends up taking care of him for the night.
