spn_hardcore , but I looked through the tags and didn't see it. All I really remember was that Dean finds out that Sam is cutting, and then reveals that he used to cut, too. He gave Sam this trick to use: rub ice cubes on yourself (to emulate the sensation) when you need to cut. Dean relapses, but they agree to quit together.
I truly don't remember if it was gen or wincest, but it could have been either
