I am looking for any fics where Sam has been kidnapped by someone and then when he is found, he has to go through some sort of therapy - physical therapy, counselling, things like having to learn something again - because of the trauma he went through during the time he was kidnapped or because of an injury. It is the aftermath that I am particularly interested in, and is why I am asking for something with Sam having to have treatment of a certain kind.

If anyone can recommend any fics, that'd be great. Thanks!

Hello lovely boys and girls. I have been searching high and low for a gen story that I read a while ago and of course didn't bookmark-- please help me find it ;in the story , Sam is still suffering from Post Hell hallucinations and so him and Dean settled down in an old house that Dean starts renovating. I know that there are a couple of similar type story lines, so here's one thing that stands out . Dean casually being horny in a joking way, and Sam kneels down in front of him and prepares to sexually service him and starts crying while dean freaks out and trys to comforts him.....help a girl get her h/c fix please?

I remember reading this fic ages ago that I now of course can't find. I am almost positive it is on AO3, as that's where I predominantly read fics, but I could be wrong.

Basically, during Plucky Pennywhistle's, Dean realizes that Sam was sexually abused by one of the guys who worked there, hence his clown phobia. I'm a little hazy on details, but what I do vividly remember is that Dean tracks the guy down and kills him in the basement of an abandoned house, which he then burns down to hide the evidence. I also remember that he's pretending to be a police officer or FBI agent at the time.

I'm also thinking the fic was a Wincest one, but don't quote me on that. It might have just been gen. I do know that it was a oneshot.

If anyone can help me out, I'd be forever grateful! This one is driving me crazy.

(Also, Mods, I hope I got the tags right. Since I can't remember if it's Wincest or not, I didn't use the pairing tag - hope that was okay! I also couldn't find an episode tag for this one, so maybe one can be created? I saw some other searches for fics based off the episode, but not this specific fic.)

Hello, I'm looking for a story I read a long time ago, but I can not find my files and bookmarks at all. I wonder if anyone can help find it.

(Just to remember, English is not my first language, I'm using a translator to write so I apologize for any mistakes you might read)

It's a pre-series story: John, Dean and Sam were in the mountains (??) on a hunt that went awry and Sam was injured. John had Dean take Sam to the hospital, but he did not notice that Dean was even more injured and already showed signs of concussion. When John finally gets to the hospital and asks for news he learns that Dean was in the ICU in serious condition after passing out in the waiting room after a long time bleeding and no one notices and begins to feel very guilty for not having noticed Dean. If I'm not mistaken, John will see how the Impala got and note that there was even blood on the roof of the car.

I think Pastor Jim was also in the story, but I can not say.

Does anyone have any idea what this story is?

A) Sam n Dean in a car accident. They are stuck in the snow over night with no reception. Dean's arm is hurt and Sam is severly injured. I think it was on fanfiction.net.

B) I read this years ago. They come back from a hunt and Sam is really upset about not saving these kids or something like that. Dean gets Sam to take out all his angst by hitting Dean.

I've searched for this fic once before but didn't get any results a few years ago, and it's sprung to my mind again and is now driving me crazy trying to find it so I figured I'd try again. This is definitely an older fic (I'm thinking probably around 2007/8) and is longer one...

I'm not 100% sure if it's a curse or a spell but Sam gets either sent back in time or to an alternate universe where there is another Dean and Sam - the two Sams swap consciousness but still retain their own appearances. In the past/alternate universe, Dean thinks Sam is insane as he is speaking of a different Dean and the future and possibly demons so he sends him to an asylum where he is very much mistreated. He's kept in isolation and chains practically 24/7.

I remember two specific scenes where he is being bathed/tortured, and another where Dean goes to visit him and he is very withdrawn and gaunt, and his hands are covered with a shawl to hide the chains/bruising. He begs Dean to take him home and Dean sees the chains, but he is convinced that his brother is violent which is why he needs the chains... Sam ends up escaping or being rescued by Bobby, and cared for by Jess who is Bobbys daughter... In the present time Dean and Sam from the past try to work out what happened and break the spell/curse to return them to their own timelines...

If anyone knows this specific fic it would be very much appreciated! I'd also like some recommendations along these types of stories & themes.

I'm just looking for some Protective Big Brother Dean fics_ its like no one writes these anymore? Anything were Dean Rescues and takes care of his little brother by comforting him or Dean just being a real cool scary bad ass.

OR Dean taking care of a sick little brother, even though little brother is Sasquatch size- and tells Sam "doesn't matter how big or how old he is, he'll always be his baby brother to look after"

Been eager to read a story I read (I believe on LJ) from years and years ago...

All I remember is that Sam has a serious head wound, pretty sure it was from a gunshot. And Dean is taking care of him at Bobby's while Bobby tries to help.

I don't remember too many other details, but I obviously remember it was good. And I'd kill to read it one more time!!

Hey, everyone! This is my first time posting on LJ :) It's aaaalmost December and it's starting to look a lot like Christmas! I love this blog and I've found a lot of amazing stories through it so I decided to make a post to ask for something. I'm looking for Christmas fics *don't really care about the length but the longer the better* focusing on hurt!Sam or Jared and his relationship with Dean/Jensen. If they're Wincest fics, I'd prefer the boys to be unrelated and if J2 for them to be strangers in the beginning. Not gonna say no to non-au stories ofc! Death!fics are a big turn-off. Sam/Jared should be the one to be hurt/abused/depressed and Dean/Jensen the one to offer care, comfort and protection. Suicide attempts and themes like homelessness, bullying or slavery would also be very very interesting. Bring on all the angst and pain but always with a happy ending! If you can't find something Christmas-themed, it could always just be set during any time in the winter *cold times* or any other season tbh, I'm more interested in the hurt/comfort part rather than the time and weather. I'd really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks in advance ^_^

Okay, so a while ago I remembered two Sam/Gabriel fics, and wanted to reread them and looked everywere for both with no luck!

1) One of them was a completely human au, and had Gabriel as a nurse or doctor. He met Sam when Sam was hit by car, lost all of his memories, and was basically a child again. With no known family and Sam unable to tell them anything Gabriel takes him home to take care of them.

2)The second one was a short fic, and included Sam as a dying incubus. He was still a virgin in the fic and was coming to the point where he need to have sex or die, but was with Gabriel who just told Sam he was asexual, but they end up having a little bit of fun anyway.

I'm almost 99.9% sure both these fics were on Archiveofourown, and any help would be extremely welcome!

I'm looking for a story that I read a long time ago. I can't remember if it is a Jared and Jensen story, or a Sam and Dean story. I think it was Sam and Dean. I know Dean and Sam were doing something, and Sam got hurt. Dean wanted to help, but he remembered that Sam told him that he would only live this lifestyle if Dean remained a 'baby'. He told Dean that the moment that he was an adult again, what they had between them would be over. When Sam got hurt, Dean was upset about it because he didn't want it to end, but he had no choice but to call the ambulance. The paramedics came and was disturbed by the sight of Dean in a diaper. I'm sorry that's all I remember.

Okay, I read this years ago and I tried looking for it and it has never been found, I gave up, and now I'm remembering it again. It's a Sam/Dean fic when they're in their teens, I don't really read them anymore but this is the only story stuck in my brain.
Teen Sam/Dean are on a hunt (pretty sure) and they end up under/in a mountain and become trapped there. Sam and Dean, Dean especially actually, are hurt from the ordeal of falling, crawling through small spaces, and being trapped for so long. I remember their relationship developing as they're trapped and they finally admit their feelings for one another and have to take care of each other. John and a team of people finally find them after a while and they get out and are put in the hospital where they refuse to separate from each other.
I'm quite sure it's multi-chaptered and I'm 95% sure it's on Ff.net. If anyone knows this fic, please please tell me. Because it's actually been driving me crazy for years. Thank you!

I've been searching for quite a while for all three of these fics.

1. This fic is kind of a redo of the striga episode where in this Sam is pregnant but he doesn't know until the striga attacks him and attacks the baby and he ends up having a miscarriage.FOUND!

2. This fic reminded me of The Crow because Sam and Dean were in a restaurant that ended up getting robbed and they both were both shot and 'killed'. Dean comes back and goes after the people that were involved and tries to find Sam. I remember in this one Sam was shot in the head up against a display case.

3. This story involved Dean and his flashbacks from hell. He creates a rack out of Sam's bed frame and tortures him. Sam is able to escape and stays with Bobby. It's a long time before he feels comfortable being around Dean.

I hope someone can help me find these fics, I've been really wanting to reread them. Thank you!

I'm looking for a weechester car accident fic I read awhile ago on ff.net. I remember in the beginning sam seemed fine, but at the end he was the one that had more damage done. He also called pastor Jim I believe??? and then the paramedics came and I believe sam, by then, was already passed out.

Also John was in it as well.
