Abused!Sam - general and specific searches

I'm looking for abused!Sam fics. Any abused!Sam fics, whether they be gen or slash or wincest. 

Specifically, I'd love to see fics where Sam's abused at Stanford by someone (partner, friend etc) to stop that person abusing someone else.

Also, are they any fics where Sam is abused by Dean and/or John in some way -physical, sexual or mental abuse - only, they don't remember, and Sam doesn't tell them. Bonus points if they find out about it later. Triple score points if the fear of them finding out is what drove Sam to go to Stanford in the first place.

The Abyss by aussiechick21 (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3369709/1/) has a shapeshifter!Dean hurt Sam (who doesn't realize it isn't his brother). Angst ensues.

I don't have the computer capacity to do hypertext so you'll have to paste and cut and then look under the author's names to get these two stories.

The best AbusedSam story I've ever read is Promise Me Your Not a Dream by ghost_fire. Its over at Sam/Dean slash archive:: supernaural fan fiction
That's a really good one, but be warned kinda of harsh.

Another one that is good is Outside the Blue, Blue Moon, by ninhursag. Its at The Sam/Dean slash archive as well.
She has a prequel and a follow up to that story at the same site. Best read in order.
