Abused!Sam - general and specific searches

I'm looking for abused!Sam fics. Any abused!Sam fics, whether they be gen or slash or wincest. 

Specifically, I'd love to see fics where Sam's abused at Stanford by someone (partner, friend etc) to stop that person abusing someone else.

Also, are they any fics where Sam is abused by Dean and/or John in some way -physical, sexual or mental abuse - only, they don't remember, and Sam doesn't tell them. Bonus points if they find out about it later. Triple score points if the fear of them finding out is what drove Sam to go to Stanford in the first place.
