Looking for Specific J2 Fic and Deleted Journal Info

FOUND 1. Does anyone have any information about freakn_out ? I wanted to read one of her fics, but it looks like her journal has been deleted and the links that I have for the fic keeps going to a "Go Daddy.com site".

FOUND 2. I'm looking for a specific non-AU J2 fic. Spoilers behind the cut:

Jared and Jensen are a couple and at the beginning of the fic, they are getting ready for a dinner pary with Steve and Chris I think. Either right before or during the party, Jared finds out that Jensen is involved with JDM. At first, Jared thinks that Jensen is cheating on him with JDM, but then Jensen reveals that he had been with JDM first and that Jared is the "other man." There is at least one sequel to the story. Jared agrees to keep seeing Jensen, but when Jensen tells JDM, he kicks Jensen out. Jensen goes to Kentucky to think about what he wants. Jared goes to JDM looking for Jensen and the two talk things over. Jensen eventually realizes that he wants to be with Jared.
