So, I've just read a fic called An Angel to Drive Over Me, and I would much love to read more of that kind-- angel!Dean/hunter!Cas. There's got to be more out there, right? Preferably not Dean as Michael, but an angel in his own right. Please-and-thank-yous all around!

Moose fic, and Nickelback's "Lullaby"

Hey folks. Looking for 2 things:

1) This is a specific fic. Jensen's filming up in Canada, and hits a moose. The moose kinda shrugs off the damage, but starts following him all over town. And it turns out that the moose is rather well-known in the town, and

long story short, it's Jared, cursed to be a moose until he finds his true love.

Anyone seen it?

2) Anyone got anything to offer with Nickelback's new song "Lullaby"? I'll take fanvids or fanfics, either based on the lyrics or based on the vid (which I totally don't think matches the lyrics, but whatever). Just got an itch for it. In this case, I'll actually take Destiel if that's offered up, provided there's no Sam-bashing. ^_^ Otherwise, J2 works, SPN works, gen works, slash works, I don't care. If it's got to do with this song/vid, rec it. Self-recs welcomed.

Dean/Jess, maybe

I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago that I can't seem to find again. It's stanford-era, and I'm almost positive it's Dean/Jess with Sam/Jess in the background. Here's what I remember: Jess answers Sam's phone or something and Dean's on the other end. Stuff happens. Jess calls Dean back eventually, because she's curious about this strange man who knows Sam from before Stanford. Dean wants Jess to tell him how Sam's doing, and there might be something about him being jealous of Jess. Possibly there was Sam/Dean before Stanford. As their talks continue Jess and Dean start to form a friendship, and I'm pretty sure they end up attracted to each other. At some point Jess tells Dean about a small tattoo she has, and Dean tells her that he's got two on the bottom of his feet. At the end (?) of the fic, there's the scene in the pilot (?) where Dean comes to get Sam and that's the first time Jess sees Dean. That scene went differently, but I don't remember if it continues past that.

Gen fics request

I really want to read some well-written awesome fics that others enjoyed :)

1) Non-AU J2 fics with the boys figuring out or disclosing their mutual attraction to each other. UST is always awesome, as is angst.

2) Any h/c low self-esteem fics in which Jared, Jensen, Misha,  Sam, Dean, Cas, or Gabriel feels like he isn't good enough, and another one of the three helps him through it. I'm not really picky about pairings. Self-injury, eating disorders... anything goes. Once again, preferably not AU. I really liked In Mirror Distorted and Indistinct

3) A (possibly shmoopy) story in which one of the boys has to go out of their comfort zone to comfort the other... hugs, cuddling, heart-to-hearts, etc.

4) Inexperienced!Cas... Dean shows Castiel how to get himself off or shows him how to have sex.

5) This one is really general, but any story with great sexual tension that does or does not lead to sex. Long stories filled with awkward moments and awkward boners make me happy :)

FOUND & ANSWERED: LFS J2 Fic & a Question

I'm looking for a J2 fic that I'm pretty sure was set post-Supernatural. At the beginning of the story, Jensen was visiting Danneel in a mental hospital. She had a breakdown following the death of their son. While there, he runs into Sharon and Megan. It turns out that Jared is in the same hospital. He is in a catatonic state following a tramautic event. I can't really remember exactly what caused it. The boys had lost touch, but Jensen starts to visit Jared. I think that Jared begins responding to Jensen's presence, so Jensen brings Jared to live with him. By the end of the story, the boys are together.

I'm looking for information on a deleted community - topjensen_recs. I had a tab open with a list of knotting recs and today the journal is gone. Does anyone know why or if it's a temporary thing?

Edited because although the specific link I had says deleted journal, the journal is there. That one post is still gone, though. Again, anyone know what happened to it? the post has been restored. :)


And since I'm posting, I'd love links to your favorite knotting fics, especially if they're top!Jensen. I've read several but would love to read more. J2 only, please.

Season finale fix-it fics!

Hello!

I'm burning through the series right now, and when I hit the end of a season I always want good, long, well-plotted fix-it fic to fix whatever terrible thing has happened, so I'm basically looking for three kinds of fic for post-seasons 3, 4, and 5.

- Sam figures out a way to get Dean out of hell himself. (I've read and adored "The Common Fate of All")

- Sam and Dean sorting themselves out after Sam accidentally starts the apocalypse. They're in such a bad place; what are some good fics written post-season 4 that bring them back together again? (I've read and adored "The Incestuous Courtship of the Antichrist's Bride".)

- Your favorite post-Swan Song fic that reunites the brothers (and Cas).

IN SHORT: What fics do you think best deal with the messes left at the ends of each season? I guess, in terms of genre, these would probably be more Alternate Reality Future fics that don't necessarily jive with the canon that follows, rather than AUs. 

I have yet to start Season 6, so please nothing majorly spoilery.

Sam&Dean gen, Sam/Dean, Dean/Castiel, Sam/Castiel, Sam/Dean/Castiel are all cool with me! Good characterization is key!

Romantic Wincest Fics?

The fic itself doesn't necessarily have to be schmoopy, but I'd really love to read something where the boys are so utterly sweet towards one another. Something where I'll be going "awww" because of the way they treat each other (even if it is hidden under a thin layer of banter). 

This is obviously an OOC!S&D request, but I do ask that the boys refrain from being too OOC. I'd still like them to feel a little bit like Sam and Dean... even if they are totally whipped. :D

What I'm looking for is basically what the title says, some love/hate J2 AU! ^^ cookies for some kinks like manhandling, fighting, breath-play etc... I'd especially love to find a fic where Jensen or Jared acts like he hates the other one (bullying?), but in reality he just admires him/is too scared of him because of whatever reasons/is not allowed to have feelings for him (incest, homophobia) etc...

Hello, I recently read a fic on FF.net and I can't find it any more The story starts off with Sam going to Hell for 4 months to save Dean. When Sam jumps into Hell, Dean doesn't know that Sam is coming back until Cas tells Dean to bring Sams body to Bobbys for safe keeping until Sam returns exactly 4 months later For the entire 4 months Sam is gone, Dean keeps a vigal on Sam's body.


After the 4 months are over, Sam comes back and is dealing with MAJOR PTSD. Before Sam went to Hell, he wrote several letters and had them mailed to Bobby. One on the letters included Dean's Amulaet When Sam comes back, he notices that Dean is not wearing his necklace and he becomes very depressed thinking Dean didn't want his necklace back.  When Sam askes Bobby about the letters, Bobby mentions that he probably threw them away. Sam gets even more depressed It turns out that the letters got lost in the mail and just recently came to Bobby and then Bobby loses them in his office. Bobby and Dean realize the misunderstandings and fixes the mistakes and help Sam overcome his PTSD.

angsty Season 6 Sam/Dean Gen h/c fic

So I'm looking for this short one-shot fic I read recently called 'Touch'. It basically had Sam traumatized by the memories of the cage and unable to sleep. Dean wakes up to find him out of bed standing at the window (I think), and he gives Dean this teary-eyed, angsty, empty kind of look. And Dean takes his shirt off and hugs Sam, really tight, so that Sam can feel bear skin against him. I might be confusing this with another fic, but I think the reason Sam was so traumatized was because he had been deprived of all physical contact in the cage. Hence the bare skin hugging being soothing. The fic was Gen but borderline implied wincest, I think. The author generally wrote wincest and I remember reading a couple of surprised comments from readers commenting on her writing gen. I hope someone can help me find this coz it's been driving me completely insane...

Supernatural/Hunger Games crossover

I was hoping that someone knew any SPN/HG crossovers, only with one difference. I'd prefer a crossover where Dean, Sam or Cas actually get to meet Katniss (or Finnick, but preferably Katniss).

Katniss is so much like Dean, that I can only imagine her as Dean's descendant.

Anyway, are there any Hunger Games crossover that aren't fusions, because I'm not really all that interested in fusions. And I'm more interested in the Winchesters, than I am in RPS.

Pairings aren't important, though I far prefer Dean/Castiel, het or gen over wincest.

General Jensen/Chad
