I'm pretty sure it was the sequel to another story. Jensen and Jared are in college. Jared, who is super smart, is younger than Jensen. In this story, Jensen turns 21 and starts going out with a crowd who likes to drink a lot. Since Jared is younger, he can't take part in that. Jared has a study partner, who is interested in him and Jensen gets jealous.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The specific fic I've been looking for starts with Castiel leading Sam and Dean away from a battle (angels vs demons?), and they retreat into an underground reservoir and the entry way collapses.  Cas is injured in the rubble, and Dean uses his handprint scar to somehow connect with Castiel to help heal him, despite the harm it does to Dean himself.  They were able to see each others memories through this, but I can't remember if it made a more permanent bond or not.  This is just the beginning of the story.  Can anyone remember this one, or something similar, in case I remembered it wrong?  

Also, a general hunt for some hurt!Gabriel.  I've read some great ones, like Black Swans by Wolfling and omphalos, and Superman Tonight (WIP) by Sarah Tee.  If you've got more, please rec them!  Personally I go for more whump and hurt/comfort, not so much for dub-con or non-con, and I'd love plot-driven stories.

AU Dean raised separately, finds his way home

RhymePhile's amazing story "In This Secluded Spot..."(link below) inspired me to make this request: I'm looking for any stories where Sam and Dean were raised apart, with Sam being raised by Mary, and Dean hasn't seen them in years. One day, as a teenager or adult, Dean finds his way home to them. I'd love it if Cas is with Dean, whether as a couple or not, or if Mary's parents feature somewhere in the story. Do any stories out there fit this description? Thanks a million guys!

Specific fic, Dean swallows God's Grace -FOUND

This one has been driving me bonkers and three days of searching has turned up squat.

It happens, I believe, sometime after Sam gets his soul back from hell and before Cas goes Godstiel. In lieu of that, the boys (Dean, Sam and Castiel) apparently find a piece of God's grace that Castiel had been planning to use as fuel in the war.
It begins with the boys fighting with another angel (Raphael I think) trying to steal the grace and Dean swallows it.

I don't remember if Bobby was there but it had either Balthasar or Gabriel, not sure which.

They all worry a lot since Dean is not supposed to be able to do that and he will eventually explode. Cas tryies to use his own grace (that he used originally to piece Dean together when bringin him back from hell) to keep the God grace in check.

Dean goes all righteous and goes to Heaven to act as bomb but has a heartfelt scene before where he says goodbye to (paralized and protesting) Sam and Castiel, where he gives Sam his jacket and Cas his ring. It's somewhat Dean/Cas, but nothing has happened between them and nothing did in the fic, unless he gave Cas a goodbye kiss, not sure there.

Dean goes exploedy and meets God/Chuck that tells him he´s going to ground Castiel for putting Dean higher than God, but that he's also proud of him and then he returns Dean unharmed to earth.

Anyone know this one?

1) I'm looking for some good John/Dean stories, so rec me your favorites. I don't care if they're related or not, so it can be in an AU setting or canon. I just want as many fics of this pairing as I can find. I'm kind of gorging myself on them right now. Genre isn't really important to me, I love schmoop all the way to death fic. Just let me know if it's a dark/death fic please.

2) I kinda love crossdressing fics. So I'd love to have any and all fics where Dean/Jensen is in the crossdressing role. Pairing isn't really as important in this one, as long as Dean/Jensen is in the pairing itself. I've read a lot of these, so I'm not sure if I'll find anything new but hopefully you'll surprise me.

The only things I won't read are mpreg, extreme underage and genderswap. I prefer longer stories at the higher end of the rating spectrum, but if they're really good I'll take shorter stories as well. I don't expect crossdressing to have anything in epic length. :( I prefer them all to be slash though, no gen.

I've never posted here before so I really hope I'm doing it right. Anyhoo..I read a fic the other day while I was in college and for the life of me i cant find it again.

It was about Dean teaching Cas about pie, telling him that good pie is like sex. That you should treat your pie like a woman and handle her like one. There was whipped cream involved and dirty talk towards the pie. I can't remember if it was slash or gen though. I would very much like to read it again as it made me laugh so much. Hope you guys can help?

Pre-series tulpa? FOUND

I'm looking for a specific fic. I think I read it on fanfiction.net. This happens pre-series. Sam is the main character. I'm not sure if he's a kid or young teen, but he's young. John takes and Dean on a hunt where they meet up with 2-3 other hunters (who I think are cousins or related somehow). Sam gets separated from Dean and the others in the woods and encounters what they're hunting. It's a little boy ghost and an older man 'ghost.' Sam wants to help the kid ghost, but it turns out the older ghost is really a tulpa (or something like it) that the kid created in life that he used to kill people until it finally killed him. And now it keeps reenacting his death. At one point Sam gets possessed by the kid and almost gets killed. I think the kid controls the tulpa through drawings. Sam keeps this a secret because John wouldn't want to help the kid because he was a ghost and I think he was being mean to him and so Sam didn't think he'd believe him. But eventually Sam figures out the kid is bad and the kid tries to kill him and truths come out.

In the end I think John erases Sam and Dean's memories with a spell/potion because Dean gets very angry at how John was treating Sam and neither of them trusted their father the way they used to. I think he may have ended up using Sam as bait and Sam was almost choked to death and is really hurt.

I seem to recall Pastor Jim showing up at one point, but John either gets him to leave or gets him to go along with the memory erasure. John justifies it because he thinks Sam was traumatized or something, but it really struck me as control-and I think he may have done it one time previously and either Sam or Dean remembered as John was doing it again. I may be getting the memory erasing ending from another fic. I do recall it made me very angry at John...

Hi you guys, this would be my first time posting here, so I apologize for any mistakes (:

I've been looking for hours for a fic I read a long time ago.

It was a J2 AU, I think they were at an age between 16 and 18. Jared is on his annual vacation with his family to their summer house at the beach. I think it's the first night where he sees Jensen smoking out by the tree in the back yard. Jensen has the reputation of the bad boy in town. Jensen has had that reputation since his sister was killed, while he was with out Chris. Jensen's mom still blames him for it, even though it has been years. When Jared's parents finds out that J2 are together they disapprove because of Jensen history.

I can't quite remember the rest of the story without being certain that I've mixed it with other fics. But I think Jensen sister was killed by Mike.

Please, Please, Please help me?

Dog recs

So my roommate's dog was depressed because she was gone, so the dog and I bonded, snuggled and are now buddies. And of course this puts me in the mood for fanfic, go figure.
