Are there any stories with Dean owning a smarter than average cat, With Sam off to Stanford Dean is feeling depressed and a cat wanders into his life and sort of adopts him. The cat picks up on Dean's emotions and his feelings of being abandoned and doesn't like Sam because of it. If there are any out there with the animal being a dog, I would love to read those too, Thx to all in advance.

I read this story years ago on LJ (and vaguely recalled the author claimed she was embarrassed about writing the story. Sam and Dean encountered a Charmander and Slowgro (but not sure I recall accurately). I think there was at least one leveling up that involved a gemstone, some time spent in or near woods and maybe Dean fishing using his Slowbro at the end of the story? It was a fun little story despite the side of wincest (may have only been implied, but not certain). Not sure in which season it might be placed, but season 5 or lower and no other characters were involved. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi everyone! Looking for a few things, hoping for your help just like all previous times you wonderful folk you :)

1) Specific: I feel like I've looked everywhere and it's driving me crazy. What I remember: early season 8 (before any Trials, Dean still treats Sam like crap). At some point somehow Sam leaves, Dean thinks he's decided to bail for good and doesn't even think to look for him. Amelia seeks Dean out. Turns out Sam made a deal with the Alpha Vampire for Dean's return from Purgatory, and as per that deal every few months Sam had to go to the Alpha, who proceeded to drink from him (I think) and just generally use Sam as a punching bag because there's something about his pain being "addictive" or some such??? Of course a rescue happens, I think Benny was also involved in it? Any ideas? Anybody?

2) General: don't really care how, don't really care why, but Sam is the proud/bewildered owner of a hellhound puppy or several. I just want all the shmoopy, feel-good, rot-your-teeth-out-of-your-head-sweet fic of Sam cuddling hellhound puppies and giving them tummy rubs and just generally being a completely awesome dog-loving dork and the pups snuggling all over him and being all drool-in-your-face ridiculously adorable for Sam, but don't let that fool you, because they're still hellhounds, and they're not shy about letting anyone who so much as breathes funny around Sam know this. Bonus points for Dean being leery of them at first - "they're Hellhounds, Sam!" - but slowly warming up to them (they're dang useful on a hunt! ...and, okay, kinda cute in a feral kind of way) and sneaking them treats UWU

3) As a sort of side-order on the above, Sam as any kind of pet owner, really, whether mundane or supernatural.

Sam and Dean have banished a ghost that was haunting a women who raises cats, and two of the kittens end up attaching themselves to the boys. Sam names his Loki, 'cause he tried to tackle the ghost and is rather hyper, and Dean names his James. Sam and Gabriel are a couple, Cas and Dean aren't yet. Anyone recognize this? I want to read the fluff again.

So fics involving Harley and Sadie are abundant, but I'm in the mood for some more recent fics involving Jensen's dogs. I just think they're adorable and want to read fics involving them. Can be gen or J2, RL or AU, long or short, etc. The dogs can play a major or minor role too.

This post is mostly for recs, but I do remember reading a specific AU fic where Jared was a vet and Jensen came in because Icarus was sick (think he ate chocolate or something). Anyone know which fic that is?[found in comments]

This is pretty much my Christmas wish list for all things Supernatural. I was hoping for seasons 1-8 on DVD, but that didn't happen, so now I'm looking for a variety of fics; it's kind of a long list. They're mostly Dean-centric with a few Avengers crossovers, if anyone wants to help me out. Oh! And if possible I would really like longer fics, but that's just a preference. Thanks guys! Okay the past month or so I've been in love with Curtain,domestic,and kid fics. I read The New Normal (loved and waiting for the next part) and Chicago'verse (I'm still iffey on it,but it was good). Basically what I'm looking for is:

1:Any fics where Sam/Dean stop hunting (fully or halfway) and get a house/apartment or just use the batcave,and they start to become domesticated. Can be any rating just must be Wincest.

2:Fics like The New Normal where Cas or Gabriel or both are de-aged and Sam and Dean have to raise them and its just schmoop and love all around. Any rating,must be Wincest.

3:Fics where Sam/Dean get married/have kids/get a dog or just something like that where it's a big decision or step they make as a couple. Any rating,must be Wincest.

So awhile ago, I read a fic or series of fics on AO3 where the brothers Winchester accidentally summon a hellhound. I believe an accidentally-magical doily is to blame. The hellhound is ridiculously affectionate and petlike and basically adopts the boys. The hellhound may or may not be capable of teleporting, and its farts smell like lavender (a scent to which Dean has a violent aversion). The boys order the hellhound to look like a normal dog, and it winds up looking like a textbook-perfect Rottweiler, or something. At some point they nearly get in trouble because they have the dog in public without a leash, collar, or tags. At some other point they have to enter the hellhound in a dog show as part of their cover.

01. Any fics where Sam comes out as gay/bisexual to his brother and father? Any reaction is fine, and I'm all for wincest or Sam/omc etc.

02. Alpha/beta/omega fics with Sam or Jared as an omega - I'm always on the look out for these! Knotting and mpreg are a bonus!

03. Any fics where Jared/Jensen/Sam/Dean are bikers? There's not enough on these, and since I'm working on a biker!verse of my own I thought I'd see what you guys can turn up! Bottom!sam/jared only please.

04. Any slutty!Sam fics? Can be girl!sam, but I'd love to see a version of him where he loves getting fucked. Would be awesome if Dean found out about it and there was eventual wincest, but I'd take anything where bottom!sam is a little bit of a slut. Underage is fine. Bonus for him getting off on rough sex and being manhandled. Dubcon elements are fine. Will also be happy to receive slutty!Jared recs :)

05. Possessive Dean/Jensen. I seriously can't get enough of these, so please rec your favourites!

06. Hurt/sick Sam or Jared. Would particularly love something where Sam/Jared finds out that they have a serious illness and tries to hide it from Dean/Jensen. I think I've read most of these, but I'm desperate to turn up some new ones!

07. Sam with a medical assistance dog of some kind? Would also love ones where Jared has a dog for this reason, but Sam ones are hard to find and I'd really appreciate people tossing a few my way. Doesn't matter if it's for an emotional/psychological reason (such as ptsd) or physical.

08. Fics where Jared/Jensen or Sam/Dean meet in college?

09. Fics where Sam/Jared thinks he's worthless, or has low self esteem? Or has an eating disorder?

A while ago I read a great fic (I think it was a WIP verser) about Dean, Cas and Sam being retired from hunting and living together in an ordinary town. Dean has problems with an old leg injury and while working in a bookshop he falls down some stairs and decides he needs a guidedog. Sams's not quite right (after Lucifer?) and frequently forgets where he is, so he wears a laminate with Dean's contact info around his neck. When Dean goes out of town to get the dog, Cas comes and stays with Sam for a while. There were no pairings.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I would be so grateful!

I just started readin a great J² AU story with dragon riders (Here's the link for the masterpost: http://pekodragon.livejournal.com/3463.html ; )
Unfortunately, the chapter nine is missing and the PDF was on megaupload ... which means, it's gone - -

It's an amazing story, in which Jared and Jensen meet in a small village because they were both sent away from their families because they're gay. But they both receive letters to by candidate to become dragonriders (4 years apart) in separate ennemy countries and we follow their life, hardship and training. I haven't read further than chapter 8, of course, I'm hoping someone will be able to help.

As the chapters are quite long, missing one means missing a huge part of the story and, as I really like it, I was really hoping that someone had the PDF and could send it to me ?

The only part I remember about this amazing fic is Dean and Cas are living together and they go to an Animal Shelter or Veterinarian clinic and Cas sees this vicious, growling dog being dragged off to be put down and he feels bad for it. He then kneels in front of the dog and uses his angel mojo to calm the thing down. Cas then convinces Dean to adopt the dog even though Dean hates the thing. Sorry but that's all I remember from the story but you guys helped me before so please and thank you!!

I've read some pretty cute fanfic which involved hellhounds. Here are some hellhounds fic that i've read
-There was a gen fic when Sam and Dean adopted a hellhound puppy (hellhound puppy series)
- a few where Sam can control the hellhounds (Leader of the pack by astolat, Master of puppies, Black dog)
-also read where Sam is a thunderbird

I'm looking for fics that involves Sam getting a pet, controlling a animal, transforming into an animal, basically anything to do with pets/mythical animal of sorts that's not the ones listed above. I enjoy wincest but gen is fine.Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for an old story--gen and probably set in Season 1 or 2 (I don't remember any issues with John or Dean's deal in the story). It started out with Sam and Dean talking in a motel room--it was obvious Sam was ill/hurt (from a previous case maybe? I don't remember if they ever said) and Sam was playing with a dog they had found roaming around and who had just followed them. As the story progresses they have the motel owner's granddaughter (?) watch the dog while they are out and possibly give the dog to her at the end.
This was a case fic--the dog is really not a big part of it, but it is what I remember the most. The bad guy was a warlock (maybe) who was after Sam--seems like I remember him putting sigils on a magic cloth to trap Sam/his other victims.
What is really annoying is that at some point I had this story saved because I really liked it, but I have either lost it or not tagged it properly because I can't find it at all. And possibly I read it at FF.com. Thanks so much for your help!

Are there any fics out there about Dean dealing with dogs post hell hound attack? I would love to see maybe Sam helping him to get over a phobia of dogs or something. I have read one fic along these lines where Sam runs into a woman who breeds dogs out of her house or something and I think Sam adopts one. So something similar would be great.

I'm searching for a specific fic. I'm totally sure it was a comment fic/answer to a prompt.
I think it was a future fic with Sam and Dean living in house(?) and having a pet, a dog to be exactly.
It was after the cage and Sam still had nightmares.
I think it was a etablished relationship.
The dog (think it was a female dog) died. The scene, where they buried the dog was the first scene in the fic.
Help, please?

And so on... do you know any other Sam/Dean fics where they living together in a house or flat? Maybe they quit hunting after Sams getting hurt or after the cage? Anything like this. Wincest (PG, PG-13, NC-17, anything is fine), but only bottom!Sam please! Ah, and NO mpreg please!
