Your prompt was very open ended, so I will provide you with a few things. Some of my favorite sabriel stories are all by jcappasso on archive of our own. she has a lot of sabriel centric fics with original plot line. I also enjoy stories on ao3 by aria-lerendeair (such as a Turtle on It's Back). In that story Sam is an android and Gabe is the captian of a starship. I have accsess to one sabriel deleted story called the beginning of the best by dreamweaver37. The summary for that is as follows "Supernatural AU: Sam Winchester is a detective who's hunting down a monster. And Dr. Gabriel Novak is the psychiatrist who might be his best chance of catching him. The detective is finding out that Dr. Novak might be his best chance for a lot of things. Sabriel, and Destial if you look close enough. One shot for this story, but more to come in this universe." I also have some downloads off of a03 if you want me to send them.
