Sam talks to Jess about Dean

Looking for the below stories:
1. Specific short story where Sam talks to Jess about Dean. That Dean pretty much raised him and was more a father than John was. It is only one chapter and finish with Jess telling Sam she hopes to meet Dean one day. Don't know the title or the author.
2. Any stories where Jess meets Dean. Preferably when Sam is at Stanford (bonus if Jess doesn't die) but don't have to. No Dean/Jess pairing. I already read the beer verse and loved it.

Also, I recommend Shangrilada's Sammy 'verse (a verse where Sam has severe, debilitating asthma), she has an AU within the 'verse where Jess lives: here (http://shangrilada.livejournal.com/tag/jess%20lives)

Both are Sam/Jess, no other pairings. These are the only fics with Jess, Dean and Sam that I can think of.
