Dean/Cas werewolf story (found in comments)

I can remember reading a story that has Dean/Cas and I am pretty sure it was a werewolf story as well.
Dean was the reluctant leader of his pack/town.  He had been in a abusive relationship in college (i think) which made him hesitant to get into another one, feeling that he wasn't worthy.  Cas who is very strong wants Dean.  I remember there was a bit about Cas pack/family being vegetarians and Dean having to convince his town/pack to try out the food.  There was also a part where Dean was jogging and ran into his former abusive boyfriend and it put him a coma.
