Sentinel/Guide or Spirit Animal Stories

Hello everyone. I have searched many stories using the tags here with the boys as a Sentinel/Guide or having spirit animals and haven't found much and definitely nothing recent. So...I am looking for stories depicting Dean/Jensen having Sentinel or enhanced abilities with Sam/Jared being his guide or calming influence. Or stories where Dean/Jensen has a spirit animal that guides him and allows him to have similar abilities to that animal (without changing into that animal). Would like Sam/Jared to be his calming influence. Stories do not have to crossover with The Sentinel or involve Ellison and Sandburg at all.

Wincest, slash and gen accepted. Please no Destiel or WIPs.

If you haven't read it already the best story of this kind if I'm understanding what you're looking for is leonidaslion's Berserker Series (http://archiveofourown.org/series/6238). It's such a great verse I wish I could forget reading it so I could enjoy it anew again.

I know of a very good story that is, unfortunately, not finished and has not been updated since 2014. If you might be interested anyway here it is.
Spirit Animal Tales. Summary: Dean didn't become a Sentinel until after he gets back from hell, and panicked from all the sensory overload and thought he was going crazy. But Sam has read Everything Ever and suspects what's going on, needs to confirm it and so he kidnapped the world's expert in Sentinels. Jim is not amused.

Thank you, but I won't read WIPs. Its too much of a disappointment, especially if the story is really good.
