favorite h/c Cas recs

Hello,

Fairly new to reading SPN and feeling a bit overwhelmed in combing through it all. Can anyone help by recommending their favorites featuring hurt/comfort Cas -- hurt!Cas, sick!Cas and the boys (especially Dean) being their awesome protective selves?

Destiel or gen -- but will take any era of the show, AU, de-aged, whatever.

Someone to Care For by Zacia is the first to come to mind. It's AU with an overprotective Gabriel too but one of my favorites.

Summary: After a divorce lands him living back with his brother, Dean finds himself feeling absolutely useless and wanting to be needed. He meets his strange neighbor, Castiel, who can hardly take care of himself and desperately needs someone to take him under their wing. Could they find what they need in each other?
