Found - Specific fic: Sam learns to control his magic (possibly by Missouri)

This a specific fic that I read years ago and now cannot for the life of me track down, really hoping someone here might recognize it! It's about Sam as a teenager, he has some kind of powers and I think he's borrowing books on magic from Pastor Jim before he goes to live with a witch (I'm pretty sure it's Missouri). She teaches him how to cast spells, make hex bags and set up protection wards and there's a bit about making symbols on his skin. I think at one point he's sat outside and he's drawn symbols all around himself and made circles of crystals and whatnot and then paints symbols on his skin that become protective tattoos or something similar. I can't remember if it's gen or wincest or how it ends, but I'm absolutely dying to read that bit about Sam living with Missouri and learning magic again. So if this rings a bell with anyone, let me know! Thanks!
