Can you please suggest me some fanfics where Dean has to give Sam an injection or viceversa?

I prefer H/C stories, but any genre/rate is very welcome. No Demon!Dean or 10x03 coda fics, please.

Does it need to be a vaccination specifically?

If not, I have a self-rec in which Dean has to give Sam a blood transfusion (field-medicine style) and all they have is a 50cc syringe to do it with. He also gives him IV fluids. It's set in Season 4, as a tag to 4x19 after the ghouls cut Sam's wrists, and is Gen.
