Jensen as kid

Hi everybody,
Some time ago I read a fic that started with Jensen as a kid, complaining to his mom that something was missing. Then, when he's 4 years old he tells his mom something along the lines of "now I'm not alone anymore" and that's when Jared is born. That's about all I can remember. Does any of this ring a bell?
