stories focused on dreams?

Any J2 or Sam/Dean stories using dreams or dreamwalking as integral to the plot? The show uses them fairly often and fairly well, but - I'm stalling out here on the fanfic; the only one I can think of right off is TWO SPIRITS.

I'm using pairings for my tags, but gen fics would also be welcome.
As always, any guidance is much appreciated. Please - and thank you.

Dream Him Free
In the future, Jensen is born with a remarkable skill. He can view the dreams of sleeping people. Jeff runs a hospital and contacts him with a special case, Jared hasn't spoke or interacted with anyone since he witnessed his parents' death. Jensen must see if he can reach Jared and awaken him.

Thank you for reminding me of this one - I already own it, but it's been a while since I read it. (Had to buy it from Dreamspinner Press, since the fic has been removed for publishing.) As I recall, it was a great story and VERY long - so I've moved it to the list to re-read! Thanks again.

Okay, this is one of my favorites, but you should know first that this is some real Dante's Inferno, Silent Hill, Hellraiser type shit right here. There's extreme gore and some non-graphic sexual stuff, but somehow it manages to be tasteful. And it's definitely the coolest dreamscape/hellscape I've ever come across.
