Hi guys, I've read Courtship of Jensen's Co-star. And I really want to read more stories of this type where Jared is all cute and really cares for Jensen. I want the fic to be long. And if there's some hurt!Jensen, then bonus. I've read all of Qblackheart's stories and also the Just one Breath verse! I hope there's some more stories of this type out there.

I'm not sure what kinds of stories you like, but I've got a couple of ideas for you.

The Semiautomagic AU Verse (http://archiveofourown.org/series/4154) by cala is long - three or four stories (not sure exactly because AO3 appears to be down). It's a crossover of sorts with the Dresden Files, but I don't think there are any DF characters in the fic, just Jensen as a wizard and Jared as his not-so-human wannabe boyfriend. I don't normally like creature fics, but I really enjoyed these. Both boys are bamf, and Jared is super protective and possessive. You don't need any familiarity with Dresden Files to read. AU.

Deadline on Love (http://lycaness.livejournal.com/28806.html) by lycaness is very long and features hurt!Jensen (emotionally and physically) and a caring Jared who believes in him. Heed the warnings on this one. AU.

In From the Cold (https://archiveofourown.org:8080/works/449210) by ladyjanelly is a long, gorgeous story. Jensen is homeless with amnesia and Jared is fiercely protective of him. AU.

On your Mark (https://archiveofourown.org:8080/works/666533/chapters/1217314) by veronamay is about 28k words of assassin!Jared protecting mob-target!Jensen. It's hot and schmoopier than it sounds. :) AU.

Gunpoint (http://archiveofourown.org/works/861978/chapters/1652215) by felisblanco is probably my favorite hurt!Jensen story. Lots of warnings to heed on this one, but Jared is so supportive of Jensen and it's a beautiful story. AU.

The Beach Verse (http://sandymg.livejournal.com/39051.html) by sandymg has Jensen dealing with emotional abuse and Jared helping him heal. AU

The Doors of Time (http://felisblanco.livejournal.com/856417.html) by felisblanco is over 150,000 words long. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. Gorgeous and angsty and wonderful.

In a Mirror Distorted and Indistinct (http://archiveofourown.org/works/222249) also by felisblanco is another of my favorite hurt!Jensen fics. Non-AU, lots of emotionally hurt Jensen and understanding, protective Jared.

If you are okay with AU, I've been reading The Food Network Presents... (http://archiveofourown.org/series/45886) 'verse, which features a lot of defensive/still grieving Jensen and understanding/supportive Jared: Jared Padalecki is a Food Network Chef. Jensen is a very famous recluse. He was a child star, a pop star, an Oscar nominee, a world renowned pianist and a single father. Jensen knows he's done with relationships but his six-year-old son, Jamie, loves the Food Network. He has debilitating food allergies and Jared is his favorite star in the world. Jensen loves his boy, so he lets Jared meet him. The rest is history.

You will???? You know I am onboard with that! I plan on reading it yet again, I love it very much. I like that Jared realized that leaving Jensen to wait for him to come back was something that Jared didn't want anymore. Perfect balance.

I will check on you even more often. No pressure here, your talent is yours to use as you and your muse leads you, but if it does lead you back to Twists and Turns (((((((HUGS)))))))!!!!!
