I have found that nearly almost any J2 Mpreg fics that I have read the baby always is a girl. Is it some sort fandom/trope I don't know?
Anyway I want some diversity, so any Mpreg where they have a boy or even multiples
I really prefer bottom!jensen

obsidianromance writes a lot of mpreg, both J2 and S/D. She mixes it up, so I know that if you check her masterpost, you'll find several with bottom!Jensen, and not all babies are girls.
