I'm not fond of soulless Sam or deamon Dean.
I'm a Dean girl, but not fanatic.

For crossovers with Buffy, try Twisting the Hellmouth (http://www.tthfanfic.org/Category-1-30/Supernatural.htm). That link will take you to the Supernatural page where there are 1740 stories to choose from!
I have read a couple of SPN/DW crossovers, featuring DEATH and Binky but I don't seem to have them bookmarked. How about a crossover with Good Omens?

One of my favourite fic is an AU fic which features crossovers with NCIS, Criminal Minds and SGA. It's called 'Supply and Demand (http://tari-roo.livejournal.com/11584.html)' and is Dean-centric. You'll have to scroll to the bottom of the page to find the links. As you do, you'll pass links for a few other excellent SGA/SPN crossovers, all worth reading.

When Worlds Collide (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9018850/1/) is a very good NCIS crossover.

This is SG-1. Syndicated Sci-Fi Show (http://claudiapriscus.livejournal.com/18810.html) is set during Changing Channels. Sam and Dean think it's just another TV Show.

There are several good Criminal Minds crossovers, my favourite is this series that starts with 'The Time Has Come to Be Gone (http://jujuberry136.livejournal.com/tag/timehascomeseries). There are three long fic in the series, all on that link but the first fic is at the bottom.

I've got a ton of recs that fit what you're looking for. To write all of them out, I'd probably be stuck here for hours so I'm going to name some authors that I think you may appreciate. Sadly if you like Castiel as well, you won't really find anything on him there.

Since you have lots of recs, I don't feel bad about replying without recs simply to express solidarity over het fics and Disc World. I actually squealed a little when I saw Disc World in your request.

Actually, now that I'm thinking of it, have you read the Petra verse? It's het and one that I go back to occasionally for a nice re-read. She doesn't have a master post, so you might have to sort through the posts to figure which comes first. She wrote a main story, then a prequel, some sequels and timestamps, and they're all sort of mixed in: http://pheebs1.livejournal.com/tag/petra. (Petra is blind, and the stories touch on how Dean reacts to her.)

For gen, ratherastory is phenomenal. I always rec the Fusion verse - I downloaded each story to my kindle, so I always have it for a read if I feel the urge.
