I just read an older fic by runedgirl called The Outlaw Dean Winchester where the story is told exclusively from Sam’s point of view and he worships Dean—his green eyes, his lips, his muscles (you get the idea). I’m in the mood for more of this Dean worship. It doesn’t have to be AU, it just has to have Sam totally in love/lust with Dean and obsessed with his appearance, his personality, his strength, or any of the other awesome traits that make Dean so loveable and sexy.

I prefer longer fics and Sam/Dean.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's another fic as perfect as The Outlaw Dean Winchester when it comes to Dean worship, as you aptly named it. But try these three fics, they're all really good.

Into My Head by saraid
Summary: Child Services caseworker Sam St.John moved from San Antonio, Tx, to Galveston, searching for a more gay-friendly environment. He never expected to meet Dean Winchester and his family, who run a horse ranch and riding stable on the island. They welcome him with open arms and Sam can't help falling for the silent green-eyed man.

Summary: Five years after the apocalypse didn’t happen and Sam and Dean have settled down, or as much as the Winchesters can ever settle down. Life’s not perfect, not for a (sort of) out and proud couple in small town USA with a lot to hide, but they’re dealing, that is, until Dean employs one sexually-confused teenager who develops an unhealthy obsession with both of them. Switching between five years earlier and now, we learn how the boys came together, how they made it through the big fight and whether they’ll ever manage to find that flighty temptress, happily ever after.
(This one starts as outsider POV and has bits of outsider POV throughout the story, but don't let that deter you. It's mainly Sam's POV and the OC who's POV fills the rest is also kind of in lust/love with Dean, so there's Dean worship anyway.)

Down the Road by Morgan
Summary: This takes place in season two before Croatoan somewhere on an alternate route between here and there and the other place the Winchesters never thought they'd find themselves. There's cold in Maine, flamethrowers in Kentucky and a big-assed ghost in Texas. There's explosives and bruises and kissing - oh, and bar fights pretty much everywhere.

The one story that pops in my head as soon as I see 'Sam in love with Dean' and makes it out like Dean is greatest in the world and told completely in Sam's POV is this story that I'm sure everyone is quite familiar with (it's such a classic in the fandom): The Bright Lights of Disturbia (http://archiveofourown.org/works/181007/chapters/266202)

It's brilliant and has tons of angst, like TONS, and it's VERY long. But it's so good that I'll keep rec'cing every chance I get. :) It's just one of those fics that'll stick with you for a very long time.
