It's Intersexed!Dean/OMC and both John and Sam play prominent roles in the fic as well. I love Dean/Sam as my OTP, but this story hit all the right notes.

Might not be exactly what you're looking for. It's a long smutty Dean/Sam that actually has a plot! Though the plot isn't the main focus obviously. There are a few chapters where Dean talks about cleaning Sam's 'pipe'.

Question - I'm remembering one where Sam is mortified because he and Dean were asleep in Sam's bed, and Sam woke up from 'having a good dream,' and he's really afraid Dean is going to make fun of him, but Dean just tells him if he 'cleans the pipes,' then that won't happen as much.

Does that sound right? Of course, I can't recall the story and would have to look for it.

I haven't had any luck finding it. I think the same story had Dean coming in from a date and climbing into bed with Sam and going into detail about what the girl did in the car, and I think (this is weird) there was something about Sam thinking about how Dean just kind of climbed all over him and took over the whole bed, and there was something about Sam's face ending up in Dean's arm pit? Maybe.

Anyway, that may be enough details to help you google find it, or post a more specific query.
