I just finished reading Infrangible Road and I absolutely loved it. Can anyone recommend other fics where Dean and Sam aren't raised as hunters?

Not sure if this fits what you want because although they weren't raised as hunters, they were raised apart and when they meet, they have no idea who the other is. It's an incredibly moving story. Old Ghosts (http://www.corplink.com.au/~gillianm/Old_Ghosts_01.htm) by Gillian Middleton. Sam and Dean were separated as children and meet as adults, not knowing they are brothers. They fall in love, but they have Dean's past & Sam's family to contend with. And then there is the biggest secret of them all...

Elements of Journalism or: How to Win Friends and Alienate Your Superiors (http://story-monger.livejournal.com/12919.html) by story_monger I adore this story. I was lucky enough to do the art for it. Sam Winchester needs a job. He's a news reporter who recently stepped down from his comfortable position with the Los Angeles Times after his mix-up in a questionable case of journalism ethics. Luckily for him, his brother and Bobby think they can snag him a job at the New Eldritch Herald, a small-town newspaper in the middle of Kansas. And they do. And Sam meets Castiel Novak: the photography editor who everyone agrees resembles the Grumpy Cat meme. Several things happen after that: Sam and Cas develop a friendship, Cas keeps photographing everything, Dean and Sam try to figure out how to be brothers again, Sam starts to realize Editor-in-Chief Michael Alef sort of hates him, and everyone partakes in a hefty dose of vigilante journalism.

Just a warning in case you don't like Wincest - the first two are wincest stories, the last is gen.

Oh yes, Infrangible Road is a good one. I like it too. This may not meet your request completly:-First they are raised a hunters, with 16 Dean takes Sam and run away to give him a normal live. But neverless their normal live the supernatural will find them...

I've got my Junkie 'Verse (http://nblaque-impala.livejournal.com/5885.html#cutid1) where the boys aren't raised as hunters. There's a few dark themes in there (mostly rotating about drug use), so a no-go if that's not your thing :)
