I mostly read on AO3, so here are some of my favorite Wincestiel fics over there:

Ripening by Vera, NC17, 4200 words. Summary: Castiel travels far and wide, but he always comes home to a low slung cabin by the lake. [My notes: True, equal, Wincestiel with gorgeous slow sex and a great understanding/explanation of the dynamic between them.]

Try This Trick and Spin It by cautionzombies, NC17, 13,500 words. Summary: Castiel Falls and thinks no one’s there to catch him. He’s wrong. [My notes: Perfect and gorgeous; more about their devotion than anything and wonderful Cas POV.]

Into the Light of the Dark Black Night by BewareTheIdes15, NC17, 23,000 words. Summary: Across the space of a thousand lonely miles and approximately four and a half feet of boot-worn, hide-anything-colored carpet, Dean watches his brother twitch. Twitch. Twitch again. Then still, stop. Breathe. Twitch. [My notes: Fantastic description, lovely Dean POV, angsty as hell and scorching sex. Brilliant.]
