Is there any mpreg where the guy miscarries? I don't care who's pregnant. It can be J2 or SPN. For Spn though, I don't want destiel. Any other pairing goes, though.

If it can be J2 rpf, I highly recommend obsidianromance's Only For You (http://archiveofourown.org/works/735348). In it, Jared and Jensen are married and over the last few years, Jared has miscarried several times until he couldn't get pregnant anymore. For the love of his husband, Jensen offers to get pregnant. It's a lovely story and filled with angst.
