Permanently Injured Fics

Looking for any fics where Dean is permanently injured and can now longer/thinks he can no longer hunt. Sam/Dean or brotherly gen, potentially something domestic (or in the hospital, or a rehab facility, or wherever!)? Any type of permanent injury is fine, as is any rating and length. Hurt/comfort optional by highly encouraged. No destiel please!
