LF Dean raises/takes care of Sam and/or Adam

Hi,

I'm looking for fics in which Dean becomes the guardian of Sam and/or Adam due to Johm dying or neglect or abuse from him. Length and rating doesn't mattter.


Bonus points if Bobby, Ellen, Pastor Jim, etc. are in the fics as well :-)

Check *cazadoretexas, a 'verse and com. Dean saves Sammy and runs from John, making a new life in a new town with a big (and good for these young hunters)secret. "Uncle" Bobby rocks, the narrative is intricate and interesting, and the boys get their chance at a decent existence while still putting their hard-won knowledge of the bad things to use helping the town when it needs them most.

Smart Dean also rocks!

Very decent, btw -- the authors are women of faith so there's no titillating stuff, but they pretty much wisely avoid banging you over the head with it.

I found myself liking this well-crafted series despite not being of their particular preference. IT'S THAT MUCH of a good read.

When as you always figured he would Dad finds them it's a surprise for us all what happens next...

This might fit what you are looking for. Dean has legal guardianship of Sam, due to their lifestyle and the fact that their Dad is kind of a flake in the Dad department.
