Specific J2 Story

I am looking for a J2 story that had Jensen inheriting a house in the New England area, that was haunted by ghost!Jared. Jensen tries to help Jared move on a think.



Jared somehow ends up no longer a ghost, Jensen and Jared get together and Jared ends up owning a tattoo parlor.

Most of your description sounds like My Immortal (http://sammyndeansgrl1.livejournal.com/61879.html#cutid1) by sammyndeansgrl1 only Jensen doesn't inherit, he bought when he moved to the area for the job.
