Specific J2 Werewolf Fic

I can't remember the title or the author of the fic I'm looking for, but I think it was either posted on LJ or AO3. I tried looking through the werewolves and alpha/beta/omega tags but I found nothing. AND my google-fu failed me.

Jensen is attacked by an animal and begins to suspect it wasn't a normal animal. He looks up a professor, JDM, at the local university that specializes in supernatural lore, specifically werewolves. JDM gives him Jared's card tells him that Jared helps out stray werewolves. Jared and Jensen plan to get Jensen to pack land before his first change and while Jensen is en route on his motorcycle he realizes he's being followed by a SUV. Once Jared get them safely to his house, he introduces Jensen to his "pack", a group of 5-6 unmated werewolves that all live together. They discover that Jensen is an abnormally strong alpha and because he is the only alpha in the house they all look to him for tasks, etc. Eventually the mysterious werewolf (revealed to be JDM later) that bit Jensen comes to take him away from their small pack by force. They fight him off. It's also revealed that JDM is a blue moon werewolf, or something similar, and Jensen might have also been bitten during the blue moon, which explains his unexpected strength.

Oh, who am I kidding, I love angst in general, as long as there's a happy ending. I should comment more often, but I do love your stories.

Ditto on storyfinders, by the way..Even when I fail to find what people are looking for, I end up finding something worth rereading, hah! :)
