Dean + grandfather?

Hello,

I´m looking for a fic, but only rememer vague details. I think it was set pre-series/early seasons, Dean was the main character. Somehow he came into contact with, I think, Mary´s father, who was maybe a lawyer? He wanted to get to know Dean, but his wife didn´t?
Grandfather took him to a car show and bought Dean a car? Another thing I remember is a scene, where Dean goes to grandpas office and compliments and is nice to a young girl, with some facial scaring or deformity, who is the daughter of a co-worker.
Jonh was probably in it, can´t remember if Sam was at Stanford or somewhere else?
