SPECIFIC J2 FIC

Hello everyone.

I am looking for a first-time jared/jensen fic that I read probably over six months ago.
I don't know the title but I remember some things that might help jog someones memory.

Jared and Jensen are in a plane heading towards Vancouver but something happens and it crashes.
Jared wakes strapped in his seat to find the plane ripped in half.  He searches for and finds Jensen in the other half of the plane badley injured.
The pilot is dead I beleive.  Jared makes a sled to pull supplies and Jensen through the snow to find shelter until someone finds them.
They end up finding a cabin and Jared tries to take care of Jensen and hi injuries.  Back in Vancouver a guide along with Tom, Mike, Steve, and Chris leave to look for them.

If anyone knows what this is please let me know.
