Specific AU none related fic.

I’ve been looking for 2 stories for a while now but I can’t seem to find them at all, I would really appriate it if someone could help me find them! I remember that I’ve read both of these stories on FF.Net but I just can’t remember the author or the title of the stories I’m looking for. one of them is a Deaf!Sam fic and the other is abused!Sam fic.
The first one I’m looking for is an AU fic where Dean and Sam are non-related. I remember from the story that Dean ahd his own garage and one morning Mute(?) Sam shows up in the office. I think I was obvious that Sam was scared of someone and that he was being chased by… I don’t exactly remember, but at any rate it was an abuser who had been abusing Sam for some years now. Dean ends up taking Sam in and he gets Sam help from a tutor (one of Dean’s friends) so that he’ll eventually be able to enrol into a high school. if I remember right, there’s also a scene where Sam has to show the police where the house was where he ‘lived’ and was abused.
important detail about this story is that there is no supernatural stuff and Dean isn’t a hunter.
The second story I’m looking for is another AU where the brothers are nonrelated. This one I remember a little more specifically seeing that Sam was deaf in this one. Dean meets Sam in high school and he steps in to stop Sam being bullied. Sam lived with an abusive family who basically treat him like a slave in the house. there’s one scene I specifically remember where Sam’s been hurt and he has to clean up the house which Dean ends up doing for him while Sam writes down his story of how he ended up in care. The specific detail I remember about that one is that Dean had to take a pan over to a neighbour’s house and he then informs the woman who comes over to clean only to figure out what has happened. Later on, John, Dean, Sam and… one of John’s hunter friends go back to the house that Sam lived in to take out the demon that killed Sam’s parents and John end’s up being hurt by a hellhound.
I would be really, really gratefull if someone is able to help me find these 2 fics!

I haven't gone to fanfiction that often, but I usually have to pass on stories there because they don't seem to offer PDFs & most stories I've seen there are too long for me to copy & paste. Or am I missing something about that site - do they offer PDFs?
