I've looked through all the searches here and can't find any stories with the more specific characteristics I am looking for. I hope you guys can help me find anything remotely similar. The first search is a bit more general, just in case.
1. Stories with a non-evil!JDM in which he is the main character or one of the main characters, or at least in which his character is well described.
2. Stories from JDM's POV or containing JDM's POV.
3. Stories in which JDM is not the dominant or Alpha or more experienced guy as he is most often depicted.
4. Stories with JDM as the hurt person or the person with a problem, maybe even in a non-con or slavery setting.
5. Stories with bottom!JDM
It can be any pairing (JDM with Jensen or Jared, J3, JDM with any other man or woman), any genre (though I prefer angst, hurt/comfort, darker stuff), any length.

Summary: Jared Padalecki knows he's a sub, but not only is he a very naive nineteen year old, he has no idea on what goes on in a BDSM club. He attracts the attention of the committed Dom pair of JDM and Jensen; who is looking for their own sub, but he also attracts the unwanted attention of some unsavory characters and ends up being raped.
Jensen and JDM finds him and they start a relationship with the traumatized young man. Will they be able to help him past this nightmare and bring out the potential they see in him, or will it be too much for Jared and will he fade into himself, not being helped?
Learning To Fly (http://slashboyz.livejournal.com/4567.html) has chapters that might work for #4 as they deal with a non con attack in Jeff’s past, but the story’s main focus is hurt!jensen. The fic also has chapters written from Jeff’s POV. Chapters 11, 12 and 13 are the ones that mention Jeff’s past. The pairing is J3.

Humans that survived the event were left with new abilities. Jeff's unpredictable premonition ability flares up hard, and he knows he has to protect Jared and keep him close, not just for his own good but perhaps the good of what's left of the human race. Not that he has to tell Jared that.
Jeff takes Jared back to the resistance base, a perilous trip that bonds the two men and changes the relationship between them in ways neither were expecting.
When rumors of a new weapon reach the other side, their spies kidnap Jared, forcing realizations, confessions, and the revelation of what Jared really is.

I added Water is Moving Underground to my bookmarks yesterday. Sounds awesome, with the futuristic setting, the evil powerful people and the characters seem very interesting. If it's your favorite JDM fic, I'll start reading it first!

Date: 2013-02-25 07:06 pm (UTC)Idris and Jeff are both Doms in a very strictly divided social structure, and the way they're together just blows apart all of the rules. The sex is smokin' hot, but the little domestic bits are what really got me.

Strong, successful and charming etc. suits Jeff very well, but I was wondering how he could for example be portrayed as a "normal" guy or someone that has all these traits but has had some bad experiences.

Summary: In a world that has seen the Were gene become common place, one family has been collecting the creatures for decades, keeping the Weres caged in their animal form for their own entertainment. When his mate Jeff disappears, Jensen must fight to recover what has been stolen from him because sometimes, when something is taken from you, you have to fight to get it back.
