Firefly crossovers

I'm up for just about anything, really, except the (permanent) death of Serenity's crew or Team Free Will . The longer the fic, the better; WIPs are fine, as long as they're not deadfics.

However, I am picky about pairings. I'd like anything that has Zoe/Wash, Simon/Kaylee, Mal/Inara, and Dean/Castiel. Sam/River as a minor pairing is okay, but no River/Jayne. If either or both Mal/Inara and Dean/Cas starts as still "just" BST/UST (respectively) but goes through a relationship upgrade during the story, that's perfect; either or both as an established relationship is also fine.


No post-Serenity fics, please, unless they're AU so Wash and Book are both still alive.

Gonna self-promote here, even though it's probably not what you're looking for: And I Think It's Gonna Be A Long, Long Time. (http://prufrock-26.livejournal.com/6606.html) It's pretty short (like, just under 3k), kinda heavy on the Dean-focused h/c, and doesn't involve any explicit pairings (except maybe hints of Dean/Kaylee? very vague hints). If that's not your cup of tea, no worries.

The writing in this was gorgeous -- that last line in particular (or last two lines -- you know what I mean) was just perfect. It wasn't really what I was looking for, but I'm glad I read it.

Give this series a try. This is the first "episode" It's a re-write of the entire series using supernatural characters, like Dean as Mal, Cas as River, Sam as Zoe. It's Destiel and already over 400,000 words. The first two stories were kind of slow, but it really picked up after that.
