Specific search! J2 with past Jared/Chris

Hi guys,
Google is failing me in a search for a specific fic.
what I remember is that is starts out Jared/Chris with Chris choosing his career over Jared. (who is a teacher in the fic?)
Chris leaves to record an album, and Jared is heartbroken, and gets sick and when he hears Chris song on the radio when out driving he breaks down. Cue paramedic jensen, long story short they start a relationship.
at some point Chris comes back believing that he can...leaving Jared confused, and Jensen scared that he'll loose Jared to Chris.

Its really beautifully written, but I can't for the life of me find it :(
