There's always the SexBots tag (http://j2-recs.livejournal.com/tag/sexbots) over on j2_recs. Other than that, the only sexbot fic I've read is "The Things They Make In China These Days (http://ladyjanelly.livejournal.com/78810.html)" by ladyjanelly. Awesomely dark read.
