Dean/Cas AU search

Hi, I'm looking for this wonderful fic I read a while ago but can't remember the author's name or the title.
Cas has an impaired leg. They are childhood friends and Dean lets him go at some point because he leaves their hometown and comes back years later. I remember a scene where they are fighting and Dean strides away, but stops when Cas says angrily that he can't keep up because of his leg. I believe I read it on Fanfiction.net, but I might be wrong. Sorry I can't remember anything else, but it was such a beautiful fic and I hope someone knows it.

I think the title of the story you're referring to was 'Castiel's Star'. It was on ff.net, but as far as I can tell it was deleted by the author and I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. Which sucks, because I wouldn't mind reading it again myself. :(
