I was reading If I wanted silence and it reminded me of another fic were Jensen is paralysed. Jim looks after him but he has to  go away so they need to hire someone else to look after him. Jared is hired

If I remember rightly near the end Jensen gets shot again by someone who is trying to kill him. I also remember Jensen keeps getting invited to go on a picnic with the people he use to work with but he never goes until Jared convinces him to go. I think the final line is something to do with Jared asking if Jensen wants a piggy back.
