Specific Sam/Dean FOUND!

So in this fic Sam and Dean are an established couple. Dean works in a auto repair shop and Sam is college professor. Or doing something like that. Nobody in the town knows that they are actually brothers. The twist is that only Sam can touch Dean and if someone else touches him he can't move or talk and goes kind of blank. And then Sam speaks to him ( i think he speaks latin or something) and then Dean is okay.
If my memory serves me right the story told from an outsiders POV. I think he was new worker at the auto repair shop.
And a little more details but these could be wrong. At some point the boys held a BBQ at their house and Bobby was these and was not pleased with the boys relationship. And I think the person who's POV the was told found some photos of boys when they were really young and thought that was weird and maybe he even figured out that they were brothers so the boys left the town. And at the very end of the fic the person and the boys meet again at some bar some years later.
Its been a while since i read the fic so i could be mixing two fics but please if anyone has any idea what i'm talking about i'd be forever grateful.
