General Search - Dean/?, not so nice Sam...

Usually, I am a big Sam/Dean fan, it's my OTP in the Supernatural fandom, but for some reason I'm not feeling the Sam love right now. So, if you guys could rec me Dean!Centric fics where Sam gets his ass handed to him that would be great. I'm really looking for some angsty!fic that have Sam being a true asshole to Dean. Maybe one's that deal with Sam going off to Stanford and his attitude when Dean showed up in the pilot or his passive aggressive "hate/love" relationship with Dean throughout the show. Anything where Sam isn't such a nice person and woobie!Dean gets the brunt of it.

I'd prefer Slash fics, whether Castiel, Gabriel, or a Crossover pairing (really, like crossovers *g*)... or even Sam/Dean pairing, but Sam has to work for it to win Dean's love/trust back, etc. I will also take gen and het fics if they really are awesome fics, but slash is my bread and butter. I like smutty fics, so NC-17 or an R rating is preferred, but i want plot to be in the forefront rather than porn.

Basically, i'm just looking for some fics where i cry and curse at Sam for what he's doing to Dean, but that still makes me feel good again by the ending. It doesn't have to end with Sam and Dean still being together, whether in a romantic relationship or brotherly, but an ending that has Dean in a good mental place where he is happy, treated well and loved by whoever he is with.

hi....sorry to bother but I tried this link and it is not working for me :( so I tried typing it and googling it and any link I try is not found or is refused....so I was wondering if it was just me or if something is really wrong....if it is only me will any one help me with it?....this story looks really promessing and I really want to read it *hopful eyes*

Ever read Unexpected Destinies (http://otp-destiel.livejournal.com/571.html)? It's a WIP, and Dean/Cas. And it's 122 chapters long, rated NC-17.

There's also 66 Seals of Doom on the Wall (http://adrenalineshots.livejournal.com/33067.html) which isn't that Sam-bashy, but it's good, and you will want to scream at him. And it's gen.

And there's the Numious Verse (http://scyllaya.livejournal.com/26116.html) by Scyllaya, which is Gabriel/Dean and NC-17.

Lastly, (maybe) it's Set Fire to the Third Bar (http://seraphim-grace.livejournal.com/465521.html). It's a crossover of Supernatural and American Gods and Sandman and Good Omens, and Dean/Castiel, and rated NC-17.

Okay, now I'm ashamed at how much Sam-hate I have around my read fanfics that I really, really like. Sorry, Sammy!

And yeah, Sammy-hate usually isn't my thing... i love my boys equally, but i read a Dean/Gabriel fic a few days ago called Tricky Like That (http://deangabriel.livejournal.com/95293.html) by anne_higgins that had me really annoyed with Sam for the way he treated Dean. Things kind of grew from there... LOL!

enigmaticblue's Somewhere Back of the Sun verse. The chapters jump back and forth from past to present, but each one tells you the time frame so if you wanted to read them in 'order' you could do so. I recommend reading them the way she wrote them, even if the flow is choppy. Sam in the past chapters is a total jerk, so sure he is right and his way is the only way. Present Sam still has a bit of a chip on his shoulder, at first, but the story explains as it plays out. An excellet read.

This one is a time travel fic where Season5!Dean is sent back in time after Sam says yes to Lucifer. He ends up not long after Sam left for Stanford. Pretty much throughout the entire fic Dean is calling out not only Sam but also John on all their bullshit.

It's a WIP, and there's a slash warning in the summary, but for the first twenty chapters or so there isn't anything really happening on that front. Bonus Castiel, Gabriel, Bobby and the Roadhouse crew.
