Older Sam/Dean dubious consent fic

I'm looking for a story that I read when I first joined the SPN fandom. The story is a very dark and angsty wincest. It starts with Sam having unrequited feelings for Dean and finally acting on them by drugging Dean before he goes to sleep at night. Dean figures it out and confronts Sam and it leads to a relationship between the two. Dean can't cope with it and if I remember the end correctly the story ends with Sam considering leaving Dean in a hospital after promising Dean that he wouldn't leave him. Sound familiar? I hope it is and thanks in advance for the help if you know it.
