Specific Sam/Dean Fic

spnstoryfinders_ljOk, so. I know this was requested before but now I can't find the request.
And I'm putting it under the Cut, just in case
It was a Sam/Dean fic. There was douching in it, but it was so well written that it was hot instead of disgusting. There were other things in the fic that I can't remember but, it was like the second in a series that the author was working on but hadn't added to in like a year or so (when I found the fic, could be different now). Sam was the one douching Dean. And Dean, in typical Dean fashion, threw a fit that 'only chicks douche, couldn't you have called it an enema'.
