Thief!Jensen/FBI!Jared

I remember reading a highly enjoyable J2 fic once featuring Jared as an FBI agent who was obsessed with catching Jensen, a professional thief (think Danny Ocean). Jensen holds up a NYC bank and takes hostages, including the bank manager, Kripke. Jared calls him on the bank phone and attempts to talk him out of it while secretly crushing on Jensen. It turns out Jensen watched his parents get killed as a child and Jared finds himself sympathizing with him. Eventually, Jensen gets away with some money and flies to Mexico. I believe there is a sequel with Jared finding Jensen. 

I've been going nuts trying to find this fic, so if anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated!
