I don't know why, but I really want some sick!Dean fics. Anything from a cold to serious/permanent illness/injuries. And anywhere from super angsty to more fluffy hurt/comfort.

I'm looking for any of the following: gen, Sam/Dean (pre-series only though please), John/Dean, Dean/Cas
