Sickness

Lately I've been on a misconception themed fic kick.

I was wondering if there are any fics Wincest or J2 where one of the guys thinks the other is sick. Doesn't matter what type of sickness, just as long as its serious or could be life threatening and for it not to be true.

If Wincest mpreg is great the symptoms confused for something like cancer or something.

I hope there something out there that fits this theme!

There's a short part in the beginning where mpreg is mistaked for cancer. I don't know if this falls under what you're looking for, but it's worth the read. "Double the Trouble, Twice the Fun" by Basez_SamnDeansgrl on the Sam and Dean Slash Archive and it's a WIP.
