looking for shapeshifter fic

 I'm looking for a specific fic where Sam is kidnapped by shapeshifter(?s).

It's a fairly long fic, but I only remember the first half, which is very graphic:

a. The shapeshifter(s)s are related to the one in "Skin"
b. They kidnapped Sam because they want Dean to feel the same pain they do - revenge for killing their monster brother
c. Sam is tortured, perhaps raped, by the shapeshifter(s)
d. The shapeshifter(s) look like Dean when they're hurting Sam 

There's a lot more post-kidnap-torture-rescue, but I have no idea what any longer. I really wish I had discovered delicious sooner!
