Someone's already recced Places You Never Leave (http://xchamber_musicx.livejournal.com) that I write with la_folle_allure, but I also have one more, different hustler!Dean fic, When the Lights are Dim (http://community.livejournal.com/sn_slash/228657.html), which has v. jealous Sam and Dean hustling.

As for the dopplegangers, I reccommend you check out maygra's website, she has a great series involving Shapeshifters.
